Can art help us express what words sometimes cannot?

Colours, shapes, textures and patterns can become powerful forms of personal expression. Inspired by the principles of art therapy, our first Sparks Salon will explore how creative experiences can encourage emotional awareness, self-discovery and meaningful conversations.

From mandalas and intuitive drawing to collage and abstract expression, creativity offers many ways to explore our thoughts and feelings.

No artistic talent required. Just curiosity.

What will we explore?

  • Emotions

How creative expression can help us reflect on what we feel — without needing the words for it first.

  • Process over product

Why the creative process matters more than the final result, and what changes when nothing has to be good.

  • Cultural perspectives

How the places we come from shape what we make, and what we notice when those shapes meet.

  • Connection

How art becomes a starting point for conversations that ordinary meetings rarely reach.

A different kind of creative gathering

Art & Beyond Sparks Salons bring people from different cultures, professions and backgrounds together. Through guided creative activities and open conversations, we explore new perspectives in a welcoming, non-judgmental environment.

Our sessions are designed for creative exploration and reflection, not as clinical art therapy.

Our first Spark

What might we discover about ourselves when we create without fear of being judged?
